By accessing or using the Site, purchasing services, downloading resources, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Eligibility

Coaching & Consulting Services

Natalie Susi Consulting LLC provides coaching and consulting services designed to support personal and professional growth, communication skills, and business alignment. These services are for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Results vary and depend on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment.

By engaging in coaching or consulting services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

Payments & Refunds

Payments for coaching packages, courses, and other services are processed through secure third-party payment providers. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have questions about a specific service or payment, please contact us before purchasing.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Coaching sessions and consultations are scheduled via Calendly or as otherwise agreed upon. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or missed without adequate notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, The Alignment Method™, and all other intellectual property — is owned by Natalie Susi Consulting LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

Downloading a free resource (such as The Restaurant Order Method) grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use that resource. You may not redistribute, resell, or share it publicly.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our coaching relationships. Information you share during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless you provide written consent for disclosure, or disclosure is required by law. Similarly, any proprietary methods, frameworks, or materials shared with you during coaching or courses are confidential and may not be shared, reproduced, or taught to others without written permission.

Email Communications

By providing your email address through the Site (e.g., to download a freebie, subscribe to the newsletter, or purchase a service), you consent to receive email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email. We will process your request within 10 business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
