I guide you to manifest your biggest aspirations in a significant and immediate way, empowering you to seize opportunities and create the life you desire.

How Does it Work?

There is so much to say on this topic, but to keep it brief and palatable, I will share this basic framework.

Coaching happens in these three steps:

Step 1 - Uproot

We address triggers, patterns, and stuck points.

Step 2 - Replant

We establish new beliefs, stories, and intentions.

Step 3 - Cultivate

We develop a daily practice to sustain the new version of yourself and avoid reverting to old patterns.

Sometimes we cover all three steps in the same call, and other times, we spend several months on Step 1 before naturally transitioning to Step 2. It all depends on your goals and how much exploration of the past you’d like to do before grounding in the present moment.

There’s no right or wrong way to do it; everyone is unique, and so is their process.
