I specialize in teaching individuals how to harness the power of intention and leverage the laws of energy and quantum physics to manifest their deepest desires with utmost efficiency and effectiveness. I utilize my background as an entrepreneur with my education as a teacher to practically support you in letting go of what no longer serves you, so you can manifest the life you truly desire. Through a variety of strategies, teachings, practices, and principles, I guide you from where you are to where you want to be in the most efficient and effective way. Some of these learnings sound like:
- Overcoming limitations: I help you identify and release limiting beliefs, old stories, triggers, patterns, and stagnant points. By letting go of fears and frustrations, you can live from a place of love and abundance.

By embracing your “Cocoon Moments” with alignment, awareness, and reflection, you can flow with your destiny rather than being driven by fear, frustration, or control.
- Manifesting your greatest desires: I guide you to manifest your biggest aspirations in a significant and immediate way, empowering you to seize opportunities and create the life you desire.
How Does it Work?
There is so much to say on this topic, but to keep it brief and palatable, I will share this basic framework.
Coaching happens in these three steps:
Step 1: Uproot – We address triggers, patterns, and stuck points.
Step 2: Replant – We establish new beliefs, stories, and intentions.
Step 3: Cultivate – We develop a daily practice to sustain the new version of yourself and avoid reverting to old patterns.
Sometimes we cover all three steps in the same call, and other times, we spend several months on Step 1 before naturally transitioning to Step 2. It all depends on your goals and how much exploration of the past you’d like to do before grounding in the present moment.
There’s no right or wrong way to do it; everyone is unique, and so is their process.
